Casting Networks, Inc. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your 10-Day Right to Cancel Upon Initial Purchase of Services

You may cancel your month-to-month or prepaid membership and obtain a full refund within 10 business days of initial purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday. You will receive your refund within 10 business days of cancellation.

Cancelling Your Account After the 10-Day Cancellation Period Has Expired

You may cancel your account at any time with any of the Sites. However, you may not obtain a refund after the 10-day cancellation period has expired.

You may cancel your account at any time with any of the Sites by emailing us at:

Cancellation requests are processed Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and must be submitted at least 2 business days before your billing date to avoid getting charged. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Please include the following in your email:

- The email must include your STAGE NAME.

- A brief reason for cancellation in case there's any improvement we can make to the site in the future. (optional)

Additionally, the email you send your request from must match the email on your account.

Your account will generally be cancelled within 2 business days, and you will no longer be charged your monthly fee. However, if you have paid for access to certain paid services in advance through a specific date, you will be permitted to access and use those paid services through that date.

Photo Refund Policy

You may delete photos and obtain a full refund within 10 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Single Submission Refund Policy

Single submissions are non-refundable.
